Parade Lodging
Family owned independence can be found at the quaint New Orleans style Pheasant Run Resort. Rated the Best Venue Outside Chicago by the Illinois Meeting & Events Magazine last year, this Resort has taken great pride in joining the culture of Bourbon Street with Chicago’s flare for culture to make for one genuine Illinois destination location. PCA will take over the facility with its championship golf, 3 pools, a well stocked fitness center, and now sporting their very own Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream parlor! If that’s not enough, find an exciting array of eateries on site including the new Jambalaya restaurant. Then wrap up the day with a treatment at the Mario Tricoci Salon. Parking for many of you will be within 200 feet of your room… and the Concours on Sunday – is not much further. The Resort offers free wireless internet access, and numerous cozy and comfortable spaces to relax. Alternate Parade Lodging Across the street the same owners are offering the same pricing for those with a taste for the brass and glass style housing found at the Hilton Garden Inn. Nearby find the DuPage Expo Center, boasting about 45 spaces of indoor, air-conditioned comfort for those prepping cars.
The area is very family friendly, with LOTS of activities, shopping and a variety of restaurants within a 10 mile radius. The Geneva train station is 10 minutes away and can carry you to Chicago in 45 minutes. St Charles is host to the Fabyan Windmill, paddleboat river cruises and a variety of Segway tours.

You will need to register for Parade FIRST, then follow by booking your room using an authorization code that will be provided. At that point you are eligible for the group rate of $122 per night for a standard room (plus 11% tax) both at Pheasant Run as well as the Hilton. The rate can be used for up to 3 days before & 3 days after official Parade dates if you wish to extend your stay. The room block releases June 1 along with this special rate. Parking is FREE throughout. Courtyard rooms: renovated this year, quite convenient to parking and the outdoor pool. Golf Peninsula: first to be refurbished, this wing boasts in-room microwaves & refrigerators. Tower rooms: also newly renovated, find a spectacular view of the resort grounds from the upper floors!
